Description

Build backend systems for the Trade Surveillance team to detect fraud and market abuse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Python.
• Develop surveillance logic to monitor orders and trade activity across global market asset classes.
• Implement features for fraud detection and market abuse monitoring.
• Collaborate on frontend components as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Experience with Quartz.
• Knowledge of financial markets and multiple asset classes.
• Experience working on fraud detection systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a surveillance engineering context.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
