Description

You will design, develop, and maintain database-driven applications using Python, bridging backend logic with database management to ensure secure storage and efficient retrieval.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks.
• Architect relational database schemas, manage primary/foreign keys, and handle data migrations.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to optimize performance.
• Create Python scripts to automate database maintenance tasks and administrative workflows.
• Implement data protection protocols and ensure integrity through regular backups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• High proficiency in Python.
• Advanced SQL knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or T-SQL).
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Exposure to GenAI capabilities and LLM integration.

Preferred Skills

• NJ-based candidates prioritized for day-1 joining.
• Willingness to relocate if not NJ-based.
