Description

You will design, build, and maintain software solutions using Python, integrating with DevOps and business teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions using Python, REST/SOAP web services, and web development principles.
• Build, manage, and deploy code using Docker and Jenkins in collaboration with DevOps and external vendors.
• Design and execute unit tests using Python testing frameworks based on functional specifications.
• Integrate and test software solutions leveraging relational and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in software design, development, integration, and testing.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python and microservices architecture.
• 3-5 years of experience managing code deployment using Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins.
• 3-5 years of experience with relational databases including Sybase, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• In-depth knowledge of Python stacks including NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, spaCy, and sci-kit-learn.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
