Description

You will build and maintain data processing systems and microservices using Python. This role focuses on high-volume data handling, API development, and integration with financial or trading systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Python applications for data processing and analytics.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Manage database interactions using SQL and tools like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Process large datasets using Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows using Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Proficiency with data processing libraries: Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks, specifically Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Risk Management, Treasury, Trading Systems, or Payments.
• Experience with regulatory reporting or financial modeling.
