Description

You will design, build, and maintain core Python applications, including data-intensive frameworks and multi-tier architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Python applications using object-oriented principles.
• Develop Python-based frameworks from scratch.
• Build and maintain database and data comparison intensive applications.
• Apply multi-tier and parallel/multi-threaded architecture patterns in development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in financial services or related fields.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Proficiency with at least one Python web framework: Django or Flask.
• Experience developing on AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, STL, and Boost.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with NumPy and SciPy.
• Ability to work independently in a focused environment.
