You will build and maintain backend services and high-performance data pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and data pipelines using Python and PySpark.
• Architect and implement scalable APIs and microservices for business applications.
• Optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system robustness and scalability.
• Lead technical design discussions and participate in production support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in backend systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing workloads.
• Proficiency with Databricks.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Java.
