Description

You will develop automation scripts and web applications within an AWS cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation and scripting solutions using Python and Terraform.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django and Flask frameworks.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
• Research and write technical documentation, including software designs, test results, and technical manuals.
• Apply software best practices including Agile development, code reviews, and Behavior Driven Development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Python scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, OpenSearch, RDS, DynamoDB, and AWS Glue.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Experience with Django and Flask web frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design.
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines and use Git.
• Understanding of Agile-based development and coding guidelines.
• Competency in Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Concourse CI/CD.
