Description

You will own data architecture, model optimization, and system integration using Python and Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex data models and ETL pipelines to transform raw data into structured formats.
• Implement star/snowflake schemas, data marts, and dimensional models to support BI requirements.
• Integrate Python scripts with Power BI to automate data transformations and design custom dashboards.
• Tune dataset and query performance to ensure efficient reporting and faster rendering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development for data solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M).
• Expertise in data modeling, specifically relational and dimensional (star/snowflake) schemas.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Experience building ETL frameworks and managing structured and unstructured data.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data governance, and metadata management.
• Background in data architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or Databricks.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices for BI deployments.
• Prior work with large-scale enterprise data from ERP, CRM, or financial systems.
