Description

You will build and maintain the infrastructure and automation required to support a scalable collaboration platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test features for applications and services.
• Build and maintain automation tools and scripts for deployment, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write tested, readable, and maintainable code for infrastructure performing at scale.
• Ensure system reliability and availability through proactive monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and on-call rotations to support production systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS services including Step Functions, DynamoDB, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes or ECS environments.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Chef, or Ansible.
• Experience defining and building CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Spinnaker.
• Experience implementing unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications and SRE best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience consuming and designing REST APIs.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience with Agile software development, networking, and security concepts.
