Description

Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices using object-oriented languages.
• Manage standard branching and release processes using Git.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Orchestrate automated builds using Jenkins, Hudson, or CircleCI.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with distributed systems, or a BS in Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java.
• In-depth understanding of Git and standard branching/release processes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and developer workflows.
• Experience with automated build orchestration tools like Jenkins, Hudson, or CircleCI.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes.
