Description

Develop and maintain software solutions using Python, owning core logic, data manipulation, and database interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement core application logic utilizing OOP concepts, modules, and decorators.
• Handle data manipulation using NumPy and Pandas, including array operations and data aggregation.
• Develop and optimize database interactions using intermediate SQL, stored procedures, and transactions.
• Manage source code using version control workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.
• Implement and maintain unit tests and logging mechanisms for application stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology and software development lifecycle.
• Strong grasp of OOP principles, modules, and context managers in Python.
• Proficiency with data handling using NumPy and Pandas.
• Expertise in SQL, including joins, subqueries, window functions, and indexing.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• In-depth knowledge of Git version control workflows (e.g., Git Flow).
• Familiarity with integrating Git into CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with file I/O, error handling, and unit testing (unittest/pytest).
