Description

You will architect, build, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and automation scripts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Python applications and automation scripts to solve business challenges.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications and automation pipelines, leveraging Azure services.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Partner with data scientists to build and deploy intelligent automation solutions using AI.
• Review code, provide technical feedback, and ensure adherence to solid design principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid grounding in core programming concepts, including OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient Python code.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions in public cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD toolchains like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, or Java.
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools beyond Azure DevOps.
