Description

You will own the development and maintenance of tools within the Diagnostic-Assist value stream, driving continuous improvement for Centralized Managed Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data pipelines using cloud services and Docker, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and GenAI/LLM applications, to solve business problems.
• Build and maintain APIs for real-time applications, focusing on governance, ease of use, and automation.
• Integrate data from diverse sources such as databases, files, APIs, and server logs.
• Drive requirements for AI projects, collaborating with Product Managers on feature planning and implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python programming.
• Extensive knowledge of AI concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with databases including Postgres, Redshift, and MSSQL.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, NLTK, or spaCy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ServiceNow and Salesforce product ecosystems.
• Ability to visualize complex data insights clearly.
