Description

You will provide L1, L2, and L3 specialized application support for Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications and develop automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for LLM-based applications to ensure timely issue resolution and scalability.
• Monitor application performance and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks for both applications and LLMs.
• Design and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to validate functionality and reliability.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and maintain detailed support documentation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of container strategies using Docker and ECS.
• Experience developing web applications using frameworks like Streamlit, Shiny, Vue, or React.
• Familiarity with databases including Postgres, Elasticsearch, and Redshift.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as pytest, Selenium, or JUnit.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of academic or industry experience in application support or development.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in BioPharma environments.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling and large language models.
