Description

You will build and maintain critical backend services and APIs using Python in Singapore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable software solutions, evaluating technical design options.
• Build and deploy critical APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
• Integrate external services by calling various APIs using urllib or requests.
• Operate within Agile methodologies to deliver software increments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT.
• Expert-level knowledge of Python and its common libraries.
• Proven experience building APIs with Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience calling APIs using urllib and/or requests.
• Strong software design and architecture experience.
• Proficiency with Unix and Windows platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services and the boto3 library.
