You will develop and maintain complex data processing systems using Python, Spark, and PySpark.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test application software using standard development methodologies.
• Interface with architects to implement and validate application programs.
• Conduct requirements gathering and prepare detailed system modification documentation.
• Analyze organizational needs to propose technology solutions for system implementation.
• Review test plans and data to ensure software quality and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Spark and PySpark.
• Practical understanding of Big Data tech stacks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
