Description

You will build and maintain data-driven applications using Python, acting as a senior developer with responsibilities similar to a Machine Learning Engineer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain proficient Python code for data-driven applications.
• Manage code versions and collaboration using GitHub.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Communicate technical updates and project status to multiple stakeholders.
• Own task priorities and resolve technical issues under time constraints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with PySpark and Databricks.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of Data Science fundamentals including train/test splits, data/model drift, and the MLOps lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and courage of conviction in technical decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Kedro data science coding framework.
