Description

You will develop scalable software solutions for investment management operations and trading activities, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build efficient software solutions by collaborating with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to define technical requirements.
• Develop scalable systems that align with existing technology biases while enabling new trading capabilities.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful, on-time execution.
• Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through detailed documentation, demos, and walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python within an enterprise environment, covering the full development lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Java for production-level programming.
• Deep experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda, SNS, SQS, and S3.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and management.
• Background in the Capital Markets domain.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
