Description

You will develop and maintain Python applications, handling structured and unstructured data from various sources while following Agile/Scrum methodology.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Python.
• Handle structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Review and debug code effectively to ensure quality.
• Communicate technical details clearly with peers and clients.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodology for development cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Proficiency in Flask or Django frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, EC2, API Gateway, CloudFormation, SAM, Transfer Family, CloudWatch).
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST API, and SOAP.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DocumentDB, DynamoDB).
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles in Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAP APIs.
• Background in data engineering or backend services.
