Description

You will build and maintain backend services with a focus on hands-on coding.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Flask, Datadog, and Celery.
• Design and implement Python SDKs for various applications.
• Manage programmatic job scheduling and data pipelines using Airflow.
• Develop and maintain queries for offline databases using Presto, Hive, and Spark.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with Flask, Datadog, and Celery.
• Experience with Python dependency management tools like Pip and Conda.
• Ability to work with Presto, Hive, and Spark for database queries.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jupyter notebooks for Data Science or ML tasks.
