Description

You will build and maintain scalable Python applications and data processing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications and microservices using Django, Flask, and SQLAlchemy.
• Design and implement REST APIs and distributed microservices architectures.
• Manage data cleaning and transformation tasks using Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
• Build and maintain distributed data pipelines and scheduled job triggers.
• Write automated unit tests to ensure code quality and application stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Python programming experience.
• Deep understanding of Python threading limitations and multi-process architecture.
• Experience with event-driven programming and programmatic job scheduling.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and Regular Expressions.
• Strong knowledge of web frameworks including Django and Flask.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Practical experience with SQLAlchemy and database integration.
• Hands-on use of Git, SVN, and JIRA within an Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed data processing using Airflow, Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Spark.
