Description

You will develop microservices for a data-oriented modernization project using Python and PySpark.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build microservices using Python, PySpark, AWS EKS, and AWS Postgres.
• Perform system, functional, and data analysis on legacy Informatica, SAS, AutoSys, and DB2 systems.
• Write automated tests using Behave/Cucumber and Pytest.
• Create technical and functional requirement documents and data mappings from business requirement documents.
• Manage container-based deployments to AWS EKS using Docker, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Fortify.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Experience with AWS, specifically EKS and Postgres.
• Strong DevOps skills including Docker and Jenkins.
• Experience with automated testing using Behave, Cucumber, or Pytest.
• Ability to perform data analysis and mapping.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Java, or Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Informatica, SAS, AutoSys, DB2, or AMQs.
