Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex web-based software systems. You own the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to documentation and release.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement web-based software applications using Python and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with end users to define and refine system requirements.
• Author technical documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
• Mentor and train less experienced personnel on development best practices.
• Assist the team with the preparation of accurate cost estimates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience in web-based design and development.
• Proficiency with Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with Oracle DBMS, SQL, or MS Access.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Change Management and Configuration Management tools like VersionOne or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
