Description

You will own middleware platform activities and application development within an AWS cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop web APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or Falcon.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and CI/CD as code via Concourse or Jenkins.
• Execute blue/green deployments for API and microservices-based applications.
• Automate serverless applications and configuration management using Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience with hands-on application development.
• 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud development.
• 3+ years of experience developing Python APIs and implementing infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in Python and NodeJS.
• Expertise in Flask or Falcon frameworks.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Concourse.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Associate Architect or Professional.
• Experience monitoring applications using AWS native tools, Splunk, or New Relic.
• Knowledge of writing YAML files for CI/CD automation.
