Description

You will develop and enhance a large-scale platform by leveraging Python and AWS services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop enhancements and customizations in Python to support governance and platform changes.
• Build and refine build-deploy functionality to enable CI/CD capabilities for the enterprise.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for large-scale environments migrating to EKS clusters.
• Manage containerization requirements, including base image optimization and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate within a development team to improve platform templates and executions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Extensive Python programming and development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with standard AWS services.
• Strong background in containerization and understanding container error mechanics.
• Experience with Kubernetes, specifically EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
• Strong scripting skills.
• Experience working within a professional development team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitLab or Terraform.
• Knowledge of Java or J2EE.
