Description

Design, code, and deploy Python-based API services within a microservices architecture on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug Python applications based on specific project requirements.
• Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Build, deploy, and manage applications in cloud environments using Python or Golang.
• Migrate applications between platforms, including on-premises to cloud transitions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and API docs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development of API services.
• 1-2 years of experience working with cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
• Experience developing APIs using Microservices Architecture in AWS Cloud.
• Mandatory experience with Node.js and Fast-API.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, or Oracle) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git for code versioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, Chef, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
