Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and data-driven solutions using Python, with a focus on AI/ML integration and containerization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust backend services using Python, FastAPI, and related frameworks.
• Implement AI/ML capabilities including RAG, LLM integration, and Machine Learning Control Planes.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and optimize data processing pipelines using Pandas and NumPy.
• Write and maintain documentation for complex software components and integrations.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of experience as a Python or Backend Developer.
• Proficiency in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and RDBMS implementation.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing full product lifecycles from design to maintenance.
• Ability to integrate components into existing systems and think strategically.
