Description

Build and maintain scalable back-end systems using Python and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop efficient back-end solutions and microservices.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into existing architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following testing and deployment best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability by identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including Django and Flask.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Redis.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like Vue.js.
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jest, Mocha, or PyTest.
