Description

You will build and optimize data models and ETL pipelines using Python and Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL pipelines to transform raw data into structured models.
• Implement star/snowflake schemas, data marts, and dimensional models.
• Integrate Python scripts with Power BI for automation and data transformation.
• Design and deploy custom Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Tune dataset and query performance for faster reporting and rendering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development for data solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX and Power Query (M).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with ETL frameworks and managing structured/unstructured data.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data governance, and metadata management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or Databricks.
• Prior work with large-scale enterprise data (ERP, CRM, or Financial systems).
• Exposure to CI/CD practices for BI deployments.
