Description

You will build data models and visualizations to drive business decision-making and operational transparency.

Responsibilities

• Construct and iterate on dashboard visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
• Build qualitative and quantitative models to analyze platform performance and predict delivery risks.
• Maintain Python scripts supporting business management tooling, resource planning, and data quality logic.
• Partner with dashboard engineering and product teams to recommend scalable data solutions.
• Use analytics to drive process improvements and increase execution velocity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis within the tech industry.
• Proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
• Expertise in writing SQL queries across SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, including creating calculated measures and columns using DAX (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, Level of Detail).
• Advanced Power BI Report Server administration, including connection setup, report scheduling, row-level security, and bookmarks.
• Technical expertise in data modeling, database design, and data mining.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience automating jobs using Jenkins.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and infrastructure components.
