Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions while managing a technical team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build processes for enterprise software, creating user-centric interfaces based on functional requirements and research.
• Analyze, develop, and test solutions using various software development kits while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Manage team members through mentoring, setting development goals, performing reviews, and handling hiring and terminations.
• Maintain technical documentation covering data flow, architecture, and troubleshooting procedures for all assigned solutions.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for technical support and coordinate resolution activities with external vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Subject matter expertise in at least four of: Python, Big Data, ML, MS SQL, APIs, Agile Development, Mobile Application Development, C#, or Java.
• Proven ability to apply software design principles to solve complex business problems.
• Experience working cross-functionally across disparate geographies.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
