Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Django REST Framework.
• Design database schemas and implement ORM logic for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security measures.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Python development experience.
• Strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
