Description

You will build and maintain scalable web applications and microservices in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications and REST APIs using Django or Flask.
• Implement multi-process architectures and manage Python threading limitations.
• Build event-driven programs and programmatic job scheduling systems.
• Perform data cleaning and transformation using Pandas, Numpy, and Regular Expressions.
• Write automated unit tests to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles for scalable applications.
• Experience with Django or Flask frameworks.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Pandas and Numpy.
• Hands-on experience with Git or SVN for source code management.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and using JIRA.
• Ability to identify patterns and trends in data.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Java, Spring Integration, MVC, and Hibernate.
• Understanding of Spring Boot microservices.
