You will design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions that integrate enterprise applications, APIs, and data services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop middleware components using Python for enterprise system integration.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, message queues, and microservices to enable application communication.
• Implement data transformation, enrichment, and validation logic within integration flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve middleware issues to maintain platform availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer or Engineer with a middleware focus.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including Flask, FastAPI, and Django REST Framework.
• Solid understanding of middleware technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise application integration patterns.
• Background in distributed systems design.
