Description

You will build core application logic, data processing pipelines, and backend APIs using Python and cloud-native architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable components, including core application logic and integration services.
• Build and maintain intricate microservices within cloud environments.
• Design and implement backend APIs using frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Write clean, testable code following PEP standards and unit testing practices.
• Manage the full API development lifecycle and ensure service scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python application development.
• Proficiency in Python 3.6+ and core Python programming.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with Flask, Django, or equivalent backend frameworks.
• Expertise in SQL and traditional relational databases (RDBs).
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar queuing tools.
• Proficiency with source control and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zato or similar ESB tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and monolithic/microservice patterns.
