You will design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python and shell scripting to streamline middleware operations and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts and frameworks using Python and shell scripting for middleware operations.
• Integrate AI tools (including LLM-based solutions) into automation workflows for troubleshooting and insights.
• Partner with infrastructure and application teams to align automation with security and compliance standards.
• Provide production support for developed automation tools and scripts, ensuring stability.
• Maintain technical documentation for all developed scripts, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting (Bash, KornShell).
• Proven experience developing automation solutions for middleware platforms (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, MQ, Kafka).
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (OpenAI, ChatGPT).
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure environments, including Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
