You will design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI/ML requirements and objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and document AI/ML processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience with PySpark for data processing.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to implement machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
