You will design and maintain automation frameworks to streamline middleware operations and deployments, integrating AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts and frameworks using Python and shell scripting to optimize middleware provisioning and configuration.
• Integrate LLM-based solutions and AI tools into workflows for predictive analytics and intelligent troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to align automation with security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Contribute to AI-driven proof of concepts and pilots within the middleware space.
• Support automation tools in production and maintain technical documentation for all scripts and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting (Bash, KornShell).
• Proven experience developing automation for middleware platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, MQ, or Kafka.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs, including OpenAI, ChatGPT, or Azure Cognitive Services, into automation processes.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex middleware and automation issues.
