You will build automation solutions to enhance middleware infrastructure and operational efficiency, leveraging AI-driven technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Python and shell scripting to streamline middleware operations.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify automation opportunities in provisioning, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Integrate AI tools, including LLM APIs, into workflows for predictive analytics and troubleshooting.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure automation meets security and performance standards.
• Support automation tools and scripts in production, maintaining stability and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Proven experience developing automation for middleware platforms (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, MQ, Kafka).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML integration with APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex middleware issues.
• Ability to operate in a large-scale financial services setting.

• Experience with large-scale financial services infrastructure.
