Description

You will design and deliver full-stack applications with a focus on Python backends and modern frontends, integrating GenAI capabilities into production systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and frontends (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Develop Generative AI solutions using RAG architectures, vector search, and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic).
• Orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm Charts on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure system observability, testing, and performance optimization.
• Manage database operations for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including document processing and vector storage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack delivery in production.
• Expertise in Python frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenStack Operators, Helm Charts, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Database administration: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• GenAI implementation: RAG, embeddings, vector search (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, pgvector), and prompt engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IAM or policy-based authorization solutions like PlainID.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, PubSub) and API security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT).
