Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production-grade backend and full-stack applications using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build scalable and reliable software systems with strong coding and engineering best practices
• Write, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using frameworks such as Pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, and Go Testing
• Debug and troubleshoot large multi-file codebases and resolve production issues efficiently
• Conduct code reviews, refactor existing systems, and support production migration activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Contribute to AI/ML workflows including data annotation, structured labeling, and evaluation processes
• Define solution trajectories and create evaluation rubrics for system and model assessment
• Support LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and benchmarking initiatives
• Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices for internal teams

Experience Required:

• 3 - 7 years of professional experience in software engineering or full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and automated testing methodologies
• Proven expertise in debugging, refactoring, and maintaining large-scale codebases
• Experience with code reviews and production migration activities
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, data annotation, and evaluation workflows
• Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt design, and benchmarking frameworks is an advantage
• Strong written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
