Description

You will build and maintain Python applications focused on trading algorithms, options trading functionalities, and financial data integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications and application layers.
• Implement and manage API integrations and XML data exchanges with APEX custodian systems.
• Build and integrate data visualizations using Highcharts.
• Design new functionality, debug technical issues, and support existing codebases.
• Participate in code reviews and document all development activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Tornado.
• Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL or MySQL and SQL.
• Experience developing high-load systems and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in AI-driven development tools including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, or Tabnine.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to use AI for debugging and code refinement.
• Intermediate level English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with frontend technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with data visualization libraries like Plotly or D3.js.
