Description

You will develop and maintain applications supporting financial risk models.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend features and components using Python and Micro-services.
• Develop, support, and maintain applications running risk models such as CCAR and CECL.
• Triage bugs, track defects, and ensure timely resolution across the application lifecycle.
• Design and develop tests and test-automation suites, adhering to technical standards.
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems while applying security and privacy principles.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and React for UI development.
• Hands-on experience with Risk Models, CCAR, and financial analytics.
• Experience utilizing Spark and ML toolkits in an analytical platform context.
• Competency in designing and consuming REST APIs and Micro-services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile practices and software development lifecycle execution.
• Ability to analyze, design, and develop documentation to satisfy requirements.
