Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Python-based full-stack applications featuring AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents for task execution, decisioning, and workflow automation.
• Integrate OpenAI models for reasoning, summarization, classification, and agent coordination.
• Implement Co-Pilot-style experiences to assist users with intelligent recommendations and actions.
• Develop task automation pipelines using agents, schedulers, and event-driven triggers.
• Design APIs and backend services to integrate AI agents with enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong experience in full-stack development (Python backend + modern frontend frameworks).
• Expertise in REST APIs, async processing, background workers, and microservices.
• Practical experience with OpenAI / LLM-based applications.
• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (planning, memory, tool usage).
• Familiarity with agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and task chaining.
• Experience working in MCP and MKS environments.
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
