You will design, develop, and deploy Python-based full-stack applications with integrated AI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents for task execution, decisioning, and workflow automation.
• Integrate OpenAI models to enable reasoning, summarization, classification, and agent coordination.
• Develop Co-Pilot-style experiences that provide intelligent recommendations and actions to users.
• Design APIs and backend services to connect AI agents with enterprise systems.
• Implement task automation pipelines using agents, schedulers, and event-driven triggers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong full-stack development background with Python backend and modern frontend frameworks.
• Expertise in REST APIs, async processing, background workers, and microservices.
• Practical experience building OpenAI or LLM-based applications.
• Experience developing autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, including planning, memory, and tool usage.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and task chaining.
• Experience working in MCP and MKS environments.
• Proficiency with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with task automation pipelines using schedulers and event-driven triggers.
