Description

You will build and maintain scalable serverless web applications using Python and React.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend logic using Python and AWS Lambda.
• Build frontend interfaces using React, Redux, and Hooks.
• Manage infrastructure and deployment via Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write and maintain test cases for both React and Python.
• Implement secure coding practices and vulnerability management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with React, Redux, Hooks, and styled components.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless technologies.
• Experience with AWS services including API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
• Competency in Terraform and updating infrastructure scripts.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Knowledge of secrets management and AWS security services like IAM and KMS.
• Ability to perform static and dynamic code scanning using tools like Veracode or Snyk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event streaming and real-time data processing using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Behave, or Cucumber.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
