Description

You will develop and maintain software systems within an AWS serverless architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop back-end logic, data access flows, and front-end code using Python and Node.js.
• Design and implement scalable software and effective API contracts.
• Write comprehensive unit and functional tests to ensure code quality and responsiveness.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and tune application performance.
• Document technical processes and apply standard coding and design practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js development.
• Experience with front-end frameworks including Angular, React, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless services such as Lambda and API Gateway.
• Working knowledge of AWS messaging services like SQS and SNS.
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment and testing.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Athena databases.
• Proficiency with Git and Gitflow workflows.
• Understanding of build processes using Maven and full SDLC best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated releases.
• Knowledge of TDD and Open API standards.
• Background in the payment industry or writing programmatic compliance checks for PCI-DSS.
