You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions, driving technical standards and resolving production issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, optimize designs, and resolve complex production issues.
• Define, maintain, and implement technology standards and CT processes.
• Lead the implementation of Safe Agile methodologies and REST API development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with React and REST API development.
• Familiarity with AIML, Node.js, .NET, and Relational Databases.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proficiency in Safe Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering software or platform engineering solutions.
• Considerable people leadership and team management experience.
