Must-Have Skills:

• 6–9 years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
• Experience designing and developing enterprise applications
• Strong experience with application design, software development, and automated testing
• Object-oriented design and programming
• Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems
• Relational database experience
• Experience working across multiple platforms and programming languages
• Agile / rapid application development methodologies
• Experience leading engineering teams
• At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role
• Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and translate them into effective solutions
• Experience developing systems and application programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with ambiguous and under-defined problems
• Experience driving consistent development practices, tools, common components, and documentation
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners on technical requirements and feature planning
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting Identity Services and Capabilities within an enterprise security organization
• Experience in Technology Risk & Information Security
• Experience mentoring engineers and managing a small team
• Experience managing technical requirements, defects, and technical debt

• Experience with annual planning and multi-platform feature development
