Description

You will design and maintain async-first backend services, data pipelines, and real-time agent interfaces using Python, FastAPI, and React.

Responsibilities

• Build async REST APIs and streaming endpoints with FastAPI, Pydantic v2, and Redis.
• Design and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines using Prefect 2.x/3.x, ensuring idempotency and incremental loads.
• Develop complex data transformations and schema evolution logic using Pandas, PyArrow, and Snowflake.
• Implement graph algorithms and pattern processing for alarm correlation using NetworkX and regex engineering.
• Ensure code quality and reliability through Pytest, Ruff, and SAST integration.

Required Skills

• Python 3.11+ with advanced type hints (PEP 484) and static typing discipline.
• Async programming (asyncio, async/await) and libraries like aiohttp, httpx, and Tenacity.
• FastAPI stack: dependency injection, middleware, and streaming responses.
• Prefect 2.x/3.x for workflow orchestration, including flows, tasks, and deployments.
• Database engineering with PostgreSQL 16/17, SQLAlchemy 2.x, and advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions).
• Data processing with Pandas 2.x, PyArrow, and Snowflake connector-python.
• Frontend development with React 18/19, TypeScript, and MSAL/JWT authentication.
• Graph processing with NetworkX for connected components and transitive closure.
• Testing and tooling: Pytest, Ruff, and pre-commit hooks.
